Science and Technology Park is an organization managed by specialized professionals whose main aim is to increase the wealth of its community by promoting the culture of innovation and the competitiveness of its associated businesses and knowledge-based institutions.
To reach these goals, a Science and Technology Park stimulates and manages the flow of knowledge and technology amongst universities, R& D institutions, companies and markets. It also facilitates the creation and growth of innovation based companies through incubation and spin-off processes and provides other value-added services together with high quality space and facilities.
MSTP as a comprehensive Science and Technology Park in Tehran was launched in ۲۰۰۳ by the authorization of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. This organization possesses two campuses of ۶۰ and ۴.۸ hectares in North-East (Shahid BaBaee) and West (Pajouhesh Campus) of Tehran, respectively.
In addition, central bureau and sextuple incubators (including; Technology, Fundamental Sciences, Art, Humanities, Agriculture and Natural Resources, Health and Medical Sciences) are located in downtown Tehran. Depending on the enterprises situation, the best location of establishment can be selected among these trial campuses.
