Two Mechanical Engineering Faculty student teams have succeed to achieve first and third positions in the fourth fluid mechanics national student competitions.
The 4th Fluid Mechanics National Competition was held at Isfahan University of Technology, March 6th & 7th. This tournament was attended by ۹۰ students in ۵۴ teams from universities across the country. At the end of the tournament, two graduate students’ teams from the mechanical engineering faculty energy conversion department, led by Dr. Mohammad Zabetian Targhi, won first and second positions, in the Idea show.
The faculty team, Ali Heidari and Vahid Omrani, ranked first by the subject of water cooled air conditioner efficiency enhancement, and the other faculty team, Mehdi Arbab, Ali Heidari and Amir Reza Azad, with the subject of humidity transfer to water, ranked third in the competition.
