Tarbiat Modares University is ranked second in the top universities of the country based on the latest universities and educational institutions ranking that have been conducted by ISC's Islamic world science citation center.
The ranking group has ranked universities and educational and research institutions based on the indicators and criteria adopted by the 6th Islamic countries ministerial extraordinary meeting. In this ranking, more than 180 universities and governmental higher education institutions have been evaluated by 26 indicators and in the 5 criteria form of research, education, international, facilities and socio-economic activities.
