A bilateral meeting between Dr. Nemat Mahmoodi, Natural Resources and Marine Sciences department faculty members with Dr. BlazoLalevic was set up to explore the of developing international interactions and scientific and research collaboration feasibility between the two universities.

The results of this mutual dialogue were discussed at Fisheries department meeting and a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Tarbiat Modares University and Belgrade University.
