Out of ۲۰ agriculture universities and research centers, TMU managed to rank second in science generation achievements.

According to ISC, TMU stands the 2^nd position among ۲۰ counterparts in Iran. Based on the Islamic States Citation (ISC), Next to the University of Tehran, TMU managed to obtain the second rank among Iranian Agriculture Universities and Research Centers in terms of scientific agricultural outputs in ۲۰۱۴. There is a correlation between the internal and external scientific contributions of this university, an achievement which rightly makes it deserve this position.

Based on the international citations in agriculture domains, TMU stands a third position in this regard.
