Publish a new book by a huumanity faculty Professor Tarbiat Modares University

Using graphic patterns, the researchers of TMU's Computers Faculty managed to develop a method for rapid detection of Android malwares. The results of this study showed that the new method can detect malwares more rapidly and is able to identify the relevant malware in 93.36% of the cases.

TMU President appointed Dr. Mojtaba Rafieyan as the dean of Art and Architecture Faculty. In his appointment order, Dr. Ahmadi, the chancellor of TMU has praised Dr. Rafieyan and has wished him good luck and success in his new responsibility.

Dr. Ali Iranmanesh, a faculty member of the Faculty of Mathematical Sciences of TMU, was elected as one of the two vice-presidents of International Academy of Mathematical Chemistry.

The Leiden Ranking 2016 includes 729 top universities in life and earth sciences and they were ranked in terms of six different indicators. With a position of 306, TMU ranked second after Tehran University.

Dr. Ali Shalbafan, faculty member of Marine Sciences Faculty of TMU, managed to design and produce light weight wooden panels as a mechanism to preserve forest resources.

In a ceremony attended by minister of energy, two faculty members of faculty of Electricity and Computer, by the names Dr. Mohsen Parsa Moghadam and Dr. Mahmud Reza Haghi Fam were appreciated as top scientists of power industry.
