In this dormitory, solar panels are placed on the building roof and electricity is provided by solar energy. From design to implementation of the project, environmental standards have been met and the main goals of the building are to save energy and increase the efficiency of heating, cooling and electrical energy. The building design mechanisms are based on approaches such as the use of active or inactive solar energy, solar electricity, green roof implementation and the use of intelligent systems in the building.
In addition, Nano insulator, double glazed glass and solar water heaters are among the equipment used to design the building. On the other hand, the water purification system is provided in the building and the water is put into the recycling cycle after use and reused for secondary washing and irrigation of the gardens around the building.
